Visionaries aren’t just influential people. They are often powerful trail blazers who pave the way for others to follow… The road for these individuals is often hard and met with resistance. These two women embody success, determination and strength. Chaturbate is happy to announce these visionaries who won Chaturbate’s Female Empowerment Award!
Dani Ashe, 48, holds the title as Guinness Book of World Records ‘Most Downloaded Woman‘. She began in the industry with the goal to solely control her own image. She started by creating her own content, which led her to coding and developing her own site Danni.com. She is now retired from modeling, is an Arizona based published photographer, and continues her industry advocacy work. We are pleased to award her with the Chaturbate Female Empowerment Award at 2016 GFY Awards.
Candida Royalle, 64, passed away in September 2015 from ovarian cancer. She was a bi-coastal adult model who starred in over 60 films before she decided to shift her focus to work behind the camera. She was the first female studio owner who not only directed adult films, but catered to the female and couples perspective. In 1999 Candida forever changed the world by teaming up with industrial designer, Jandirk Groet from Holland. Together they created the worlds first line of ‘natural contour‘ vibrators. She was a renowned public speaker who lectured at the Smithsonian Institution. She was a member of the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists, and a published book and column author. Chaturbate is thrilled to award the Chaturbate Female Empowerment Award at the 2016 AVN “O” Awards.
